What is personal data?
„Personal data“ is all information that relates to an identified or identifiable natural person (hereinafter „data subject“); An identifiable person is a natural person who can be identified directly or indirectly, in particular by assigning an identifier such as a name, an identification number, location data, an online identifier or one or more special characteristics, the expression of the physical , physiological, genetic, psychological, economic, cultural or social identity of this natural person (Art. 4, Paragraph 1 GDPR).
What does processing mean?
“Processing” means any process or series of processes carried out with or without the help of automated processes in connection with personal data such as the collection, organisation, storage, adaptation or modification, reading, querying, use, disclosure by transmission, distribution or another form of provision, comparison or linking, restriction, deletion or destruction (Art. 4 Para. 2 GDPR).
How do we collect and process personal data?
If you visit our website, our web server saves as standard for the purpose of system security temporarily the connection data of the requesting computer, the website you visit, the date and the duration of the visit, the identification data of the used browser and operating system type as well as the website from which you visit us. In addition, personal information such as your name, your address, telephone number or email address will not be recorded unless you provide these details voluntarily, e.g. in the context of a registration, a survey or an information request.
If the data processing is carried out at your request, the legal basis for this data processing is article 6 paragraph 1 GDPR. We process personal data that we need in order to process your request, such as name, address, and email address. The collection of this data is necessary based on your request or your registration as a user.
The data will be deleted after the warranty periods and statutory retention periods have expired.
You have the right to withdraw your consent at any time. Withdrawing consent does not affect the lawfulness of processing based on consent before its withdrawal.
What data do we process?

Data usage and transfer

The data entered by you in the contact form remains with us until you request deletion, revoke your consent to storage or the purpose for data storage no longer applies (e.g. after your request has been processed). Mandatory legal provisions – especially retention periods – remain unaffected.
An anonymised string (also called hash) can be created from your email address and given to the Gravatar service to check whether you are using it. After your comment has been approved, your profile picture is publicly visible in the context of your comment.
What rights you have to your data
According to the applicable laws, you have various rights regarding your personal data. If you would like to assert these rights, please send your request by email or post, clearly identifying yourself, to the address of the person responsible for the collection. You can request an export of your personal data from us, including all data that you have given us. You can also request the deletion of all personal data that we have stored about you. This does not include the data that we have to keep due to administrative, legal or security-related needs.

YouTube
Our website contains a link to YouTube. YouTube is an Internet video portal that enables video publishers to post video clips free of charge and other users to view, evaluate and comment on them free of charge. YouTube allows the publication of all types of videos. Complete film and TV programs, but also music videos, trailers or videos made by users themselves can be called up via the Internet portal.
YouTube is operated by YouTube, LLC, 901 Cherry Ave., San Bruno, CA 94066, USA. YouTube, LLC is a subsidiary of Google Inc., 1600 Amphitheater Pkwy, Mountain View, CA 94043-1351, USA.
Each time you visit a page on our website on which a YouTube component (YouTube video) has been integrated, your Internet browser is automatically prompted by the respective YouTube component to download a representation of the corresponding YouTube component from YouTube. Further information on YouTube can be found here. As part of this technical process, YouTube and Google are informed about which specific subpage of our website you are visiting.
If you are logged in to YouTube at the same time, YouTube recognises which specific subpage of our website the person concerned visits by calling up a subpage that contains a YouTube video. Facebook
Our website contains references (links) to the external social network Facebook. This website is operated exclusively by Facebook Inc., 1601 S. California Ave, Palo Alto, CA 94304, USA (Facebook). The references are identified on our website by the Facebook logo or the addition „Like“ (no Facebook plugins are used).
When you visit our website, functions and data transfers to Facebook are not automatically activated. The Facebook plugins are only activated by clicking on the links. Newsletter
If you would like to receive our newsletter, we need an e-mail address from you and you agree to receive the newsletters. No further data is collected, or only on a voluntary basis. We only use this data to send the requested information and do not pass it on to third parties.
The data entered in the newsletter registration form is processed exclusively on the basis of your consent (Art. 6 Para. 1 lit. a GDPR). You can withdraw your consent to the storage of the data, the e-mail address and its use for sending the newsletter at any time, for example via email. The legality of the data processing that has already taken place remains unaffected by the revocation.
The data you have stored with us for the purpose of subscribing to the newsletter will be saved by us until you unsubscribe from the newsletter and deleted after you unsubscribe from the newsletter.
